Inspection Services

Residential Inspections

This is a typical home inspection. It catches common defects so you understand the investment you’re making. Whether you are inspecting a new build prior to final purchase, rounding out your first year in a newly built home, or purchasing a previously occupied home, a detailed home inspection is a must.

Pre-Listing Consultation

Some homeowners want to make repairs to their house before they put it on the market. Repairs can be prioritized using the inspection report as a baseline reference.  Please understand that most buyers will still want to purchase their own inspection, even if the seller has recently had one done.

Home Maintenance Review

What is one of the greatest fire hazards in your home? When should you clean your gutters? Where are your a/c filters? How do you keep a garage door working well? For the answers to these and other questions, schedule a home maintenance review today. Though especially useful for first-time homeowners, the Home Maintenance Review process lets me help you get familiar with your new home and develop a plan for year-round maintenance.”

Radon Testing

Radon is colorless, odorless, and extremely carcinogenic (cancer-causing). It can affect homes anywhere in the US, and the only way to check for elevated levels of radon in your home is with testing. Using one of the newly-available digital Radon Detectors, I can monitor any home for elevated radon levels without waiting for laboratory results. (NOTE: The meter must be left in place for 48 hours for accurate readings.)
